How to Choose a Paper Shredder
- Cut type
- Strip-cut shreds paper into long ribbons and is the most economical, suited to routine non-sensitive documents. Cross-cut shreds in two directions producing small particles, offering significantly higher security, and is the standard choice for offices handling client or financial records. Micro-cut produces the finest particles for highly confidential material.
